Genesee ARC has been providing trash and recycling services to the City of Batavia since 1983. This community-wide program employs people with disabilities while providing a much needed service to residents of the city of Batavia.
The team of employees at the Trash & Recycling Center sorts thousands of pounds of recyclables that come into the facility each day. Genesee ARC is responsible for separating and marketing the appropriate recyclable materials and complies with city and state requirements.
